Join the church family and the Lexington community as we thank Harriet Kinard for 21 years of ministry to children through the weekday education program! Harriet Kinard has served as our Child Development Ministries Director for 21 years and will retire at the end of the 2007-2008 school year.
We will also honor Harriet in both morning worship services on May 25. Join us as we thank Harriet for her many years of ministry and her impact on the lives of so many children and their families. |

We'll begin the fun in the back parking lot behind the Family Life Center with slides, inflatable games, music,
and an all-out good time for everyone
as we kick off summer with a block party!
4:30 - 6:00 p.m.: Dinner will be served in the Fellowship Hall.
Menu: Chicken or barbeque pork,
green beans, hash and rice, creamed corn,
a roll, and tea
Cost: $5 a plate
($25 max per household, children three and under eat free).
Tickets on Sale Beginning Sunday, May 4!
We're limited to 450 for dinner. Buy your ticket early!
Tickets will be sold in the Worship Center foyer and in the Family Life Center.

Our pastoral staff and deacons visit area hospitals regularly and we are available to pray with you and your family. When a hospitalization occurs, please call 359.4146 with the first and last name of the person who is ill, the hospital name, and hospital room number. Also, please give us your name and phone number in case there are any questions. |

Use of Kitchens & Supplies on Campus
With the addition of the new Food Service Director, church approved groups/individuals must contact Lorraine Sanford, our new Food Service Director, to use the kitchen equipment in the Fellowship Hall, Family Life Center, and Reception Hall.
Also, paper products, coffee/tea, and sugar will only be provided for church-sponsored events and must be requisitioned through the FS Director. We do not provide paper products, coffee/tea, and sugar for Sunday School socials, birthday parties, showers, etc.
The refrigerators/freezers in the kitchens are not intended to be used for long-term storage. Storage of food items must be coordinated with Lorraine Sanford, Food Service Director. |

Wednesday evening meals will be provided in the fall with the beginning the new Personal Spiritual Growth semester. Volunteers are needed to help serve, put ice in glasses and pour the drinks, serve the desserts, collect ticket monies, and much more. Fellowship Hall or Reception Hall?
Wondering which room you need for your gathering? According to church policy, the reception hall in the Adult Education Building will be reserved for gatherings of 100 or less. Larger groups (100 plus) will reserve the Fellowship Hall in the Children’s Ministries Building. Click here for a printable reservation form to reserve a space for your next gathering. |
