Robin Temples, MA, LMFT(S)
Director of LBCC, Robin also receives clients for therapy. She holds a Masters degree in School Psychology from USC and also graduated from Columbia Biblical Seminary at Columbia International University (C.I.U.) with a Masters in Counseling. She is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. She is also a licensed supervisor.
Robin has fifteen years experience as a school psychologist, working with children of all ages and consulting with teachers and parents in behavior management. She has taught graduate level courses to educators about working with families and has been a licensed counselor for over ten years.Her particular areas of expertise are family therapy, marital and pre-marital therapy, parenting, divorce issues, stepfamilies, spiritual issues, and women’s concerns. She especially enjoys working with people seeking deeper intimacy with God and with others.
Robin is married and has three sons, two step daughters and seven grandchildren. She is a member of Lexington Baptist Church and assists her husband in leading an adult Sunday School class.

Angie Lamp, MA, LPC
Angie Lamp has more than eight years with LBCC, and she is currently serving as Assistant Director and as a counselor. She graduated from Columbia International University with a Masters degree in Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has experience in marital and family therapy, pre-marital counseling, women’s issues, children and parenting issues, and spiritual growth issues.
You may have spoken with Angie on the phone, since she receives all of the Center’s initial telephone calls – facilitating the client in selecting the appropriate therapist.

Kelly Weaver, M.Ed., ED.S., LPC
Kelly Weaver is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with a Masters Degree in School Psychology and a Specialist Degree in Agency Counseling. She received her LPC while working full-time in a local school system as the Mental Health Counselor. Adding Kelly’s private practice work gives her more than sixteen years experience in the counseling field.
Her specialties include working with children and teens, families, couples, and women and with spiritual growth and development. She has a special expertise in Play Therapy.
Kelly is married with two young children. She is a member of First Baptist Church Lexington, where Kelly teaches in the children's program and assists with the counseling ministry there. |

Sarah J. Rogers, MSW, LISW-CP
Sarah is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with an emphasis in clinical practice. She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of South Carolina and specializes in working with adolescents and young adults. Sarah has extensive mental health experience working in the public school setting with local elementary, middle, and high school students.
Her areas of expertise include working with kids who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other developmental and family issues.
Sarah and her husband are active in their local church body, the Harvest in Lexington. They have two young children. |

Casey Lee, BA, Intern
Casey is a second year graduate student at Columbia International University, studying for his Masters in Clinical Counseling. He holds a membership in the Golden Key International Honor Society. Casey has experience working with youth groups and teaching Sunday school to high school students. He is an advocate for Compassion International and has worked with homeless people.
He has been on numerous short-term mission trips, and he has also served as a missionary for two years in a closed country in East Asia with Campus Crusade for Christ.
Casey was born in Hong Kong, China, but while still young moved to Toronto, Canada. Because of his experiences, Casey understands the importance of culture and how it affects people. He is sensitive to the needs of leaders in churches and para-church organizations, overseas missionaries, and those who live in a foreign culture.
Casey’s life verse is Isaiah 61:1-4. He has a passion to journey with those who are discouraged or hurting and encourage them in the process of healing and transformation that will bring hope, wholeness, and the life that God intended. |

Danielle Strickland, MA, LPC-I
Danielle Strickland is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern (LPC-I), with a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling from Columbia International University. While in graduate school, she interned in behavior therapy and is currently working full-time as an Autism Specialist in a local school district. Danielle has worked with special needs families and children for the past six years. She has five years of experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis and Art/Play Therapy. She is open to broadening her practice here at Lexington Baptist Church Counseling Center. Danielle is married and she and her husband have a beautiful baby girl. She is a member of Lexington Baptist Church. |

Lisa Smallwood, MA, LPC, CAC II, NCAC
Lisa Smallwood is a licensed professional Counselor, Credentialed Addiction Counselor II in the state of South Carolina, and Nationally Credentialed Addiction Counselor. She has more than 15 years of experience specializing in the treatment of substance abusing adults and adolescents. Lisa’s experience also includes working in grief and loss, sexual trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and issues surrounding parenting of teenagers. She prides herself in being cross-culturally astute as she has done therapy abroad. Lisa is divorced with one living son who is currently serving in the United States Army, and she has been blessed with four beautiful grandchildren. She is a member of Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Sumter, South Carolina.. |
