Children's Ministry
Children are important to Lexington Baptist Church (LBC) and to God. We partner with families to provide nurturing, meaningful, and enjoyable experiences through which our children can learn of God’s love and His plan for their individual lives, leading to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

6:00 pm in the Children's Building

On Wednesdays, we present the same concepts, verses, and stories the children heard on Sunday, but in a different format and in really fun activities! The four basic components are:
“Learn Together”: Children arrive and begin coloring their “fridge sheet” which includes their Bible verse and
talking points parents can use.
Recite Together”: They recite the Bible verse with their teacher to learn their Bible verse for the month.
“Worship Together”: Children are re-introduced to their Sunday Bible story through a DVD and worshipping
together in song.
“Play Together”: The children have fun playing games and making crafts together as their Bible verse/story are
again emphasized.
